James is a highly skilled and experienced IT professional. His ability to work through any problem, from small desktop support issues to a major Exchange Server or domain level crisis, in a patient and calm manner is to be admired. James Ross is one the most talented IT Managers I have come across. He is super resourceful and does what it takes to get tasks done correctly and quickly when necessary. He is definitely a “jack of all trades” as comfortable with network administration as he is with server administration.

I can still recall the first day I met James, and was amazed at his ability to just slot right in with the rest of the team. After a few hours it was like we had been working together for years. He is friendly and polite and probably one of the nicest people you will get to work with.
